Writer/Director Peter Livolsi was born in New York City and raised in San Francisco and Chicago. He’s an alum of Loyola Marymount University, the American Film Institute, and the Sundance Screenwriters lab.
His forthcoming The House of Tomorrow
premiered at the San Francisco International Film Festival and recently screened at NYC’s Museum of Moving Image as the World Science Festival’s centerpiece film. It stars Academy Award Winner Ellen Burstyn, Nick Offerman, Asa Butterfield, Alex Wolff, Maude Apatow, and Michaela Watkins. The Hollywood Reporter
calls it “A confident and perfectly cast debut feature.”
His short films
have played festivals like Tribeca, Austin, and BFI London, earned praise from Esquire, The Onion, IndieWire, and Vimeo Staff Picks, and his AFI thesis won a Student Emmy.
Peter also directs commercials with his friend Martin Dix as ‘Peter Martin’ and together they’ve created award-winning work for AT&T, VISA, McDonalds, FedEx, and more.
